I’m Vaughan Briceson Cook, a Placerville, California native. I created this guide to share the public evidence that changed my perspective—not to tell you what to think, but to give you something useful to think with.
What began as a $20 guide is now free to everyone. Read it first. Then decide whether you want to support the work—including choosing $0. Your access never depends on payment.

Reserve & legislation
Start with government attention, the reserve and proposed legislation—and the important difference between a proposal and a completed purchase.
Banking & holdings
Follow the companies, banks, funds and international participants, with dated figures and context—not the assumption that every coin held is gone forever.
Scarcity & divisibility
Put those holdings beside the 21-million cap and the 100 million satoshis in each bitcoin. Scarcity matters, but it does not guarantee demand or future value.
Risk & the long view
Consider what this could mean for working families, alongside uncertainty, the possibility of loss and the importance of making your own decision.
Evidence uses a fixed September 3, 2026 snapshot; the closing price comparison is dated September 28. Individual holdings retain their actual reporting dates. This is a starting point for research, not a live market feed.
